Terms & Conditions for the Activation Campaign

Eligibility

This Activation Campaign (“The Campaign”) is open exclusively to NTUC Starter members who have successfully transitioned from the Starter Membership programme to a full NTUC Membership.

​

NTUC reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

​

Campaign Period

The Campaign runs from 1 May 2026 until 14 July 2026, 11:59 PM (SGT) (“Campaign Period”).

​

All qualifying actions must be completed within the Campaign Period to be eligible for the rewards.

​

Campaign Mechanics

​

The Campaign allows Members to earn up to $20 in Shopee vouchers by completing the following actions:

  • Tier 1: Update payment method on U Portal – get a $5 Shopee voucher

​

  • Tier 2: Sign up for and attend an eligible event from the following list of Youth Programmes– get a $5 Shopee voucher

    • List of upcoming Youth Programmes:

      • Adulting, but Balanced – 5 May 2026

      • Ready to EXCEL – 30 May 2026

      • Youth Innovation Case Challenge – 10 June 2026

      • Human Library – 25 June 2026

  • Tier 3: Download and make a qualifying spend of $5 on the FPG app – get a $5 Shopee voucher

​

  • Tier 4: Successfully refer a friend – get a $5 Shopee voucher

​

Members may earn up to a maximum of $20 in Shopee vouchers by completing all four tiers.

​

Tier Unlocking Structure

  • Rewards are structured progressively.

  • Members may complete actions in any order.

  • However, to receive rewards for higher tiers, all actions for preceding tiers must also be completed.

    • For example, to qualify for the Tier 3 reward, Tier 2 must also be fulfilled.

    • If all actions except Tier 3 is completed, Members will only be awarded up to Tier 2.

Qualifying Actions

  • Only actions completed within the Campaign Period will be considered valid.

  • Actions completed prior to the Campaign Period will not qualify.

  • Exception:
    Members who were engaged with NTUC Youth, registered and attended for an eligible event before the Campaign Period will be considered to have fulfilled the Tier 2 requirement.

Rewards Fulfilment

  • All rewards will be credited latest by 2 months after the end of the Campaign Period.

  • Members must ensure all qualifying actions are completed by 14 July 2026, 11:59 PM (SGT) to be eligible.

  • Rewards will be issued in the form of Shopee vouchers and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

  • For instructions on redeeming the Shopee vouchers, refer to this guide. The specific terms of use and expiry date applicable to each voucher will be displayed once the voucher code has been loaded into the Shopee app. Please note that NTUC is not responsible for any issues arising from the redemption of Shopee vouchers, including but not limited to technical errors, expired vouchers, or matters relating to Shopee's platform. For assistance, please contact Shopee's customer support directly.

Stacking with Other Campaigns

Participation in The Campaign does not affect or limit eligibility for any other ongoing NTUC campaigns, promotions, or benefits, unless otherwise stated.

For Tier 1 – additional 500 Link points, it expires by 30 June 2026. T&C’s apply.

General Terms

  • NTUC reserves the right to verify the validity of all actions and disqualify any Member who is found to be abusing or manipulating the campaign mechanics from participation in the Campaign.

  • NTUC reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate The Campaign, and/or these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

  • In the event of any dispute, NTUC’s decision shall be final.
