Terms & Conditions for NTUC Youth's Graduation Bundle

1. Eligibility & Sign Up Gift

The Graduation Bundle (“Sign Up Gift”) can be redeemed by individuals who, at the time of participation are in Singapore and are below the age of thirty-five (35) years old (the “Participants”). The Sign Up Gift is one (1) Express Colour Analysis voucher that NTUC members can redeem on top of the benefits offered by NTUC Youth that are exclusively available to NTUC members.  

The Graduation Bundle (“Sign Up Gift”) will be awarded to the first two hundred (200) eligible Participants who successfully complete at least one qualifying requirement and pass NTUC’s verification checks based on NTUC’s membership records. 

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign, which entitles members to the Sign Up Gift once they qualify, will run from 1 July 2026 to 31 October 2026, 11:59 PM (SGT) (the “Campaign Period”).  

3. Qualification Requirements

To qualify, a Participant must:

  • complete and submit an NTUC membership application through one of the designated sign-up links during the Campaign Period:

 

  • have the membership application successfully approved and validated by NTUC, and 

  • complete at least one of the following qualifying actions within two (2) months from the Participant’s membership join date: 

  1. Sign up for and attend at least one (1) eligible NTUC Youth programme, including any of the following (but not limited to):

2. Complete a purchase at NTUC FairPrice amounting to minimum SGD1.00, using the FairPrice Group account linked to the Participant’s NTUC membership. 

  • For this spend to qualify, the Participant must first sign up or login to the FairPrice Group app using the email address or mobile number registered with their NTUC membership. 

  • Any payment method is valid for the purchase made, if the Participant has linked their NTUC membership to their FairPrice Group account accordingly. Instructions are available here.

4. Disbursement & Fulfilment​​

  • The Express Colour Analysis voucher will be disbursed to the first two hundred (200) successful Participants who have completed paras (1) or (2) above, on a first-come, first-served basis.  

  • NTUC Youth will contact the members via personal details they have provided, such as through email, SMS, WhatsApp message, or call to disburse the Express Colour Analysis voucher to them. 

  • The disbursement of the Express Colour Analysis voucher is subject to verification of the Participant’s valid NTUC membership and will take place between 1 September 2026 and 30 November 2026 or any other time as NTUC deems fit. 

  • The Express Colour Analysis voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. 

  • Use of the Express Colour Analysis voucher may be subject to the relevant third-party provider’s terms and conditions, availability, booking requirements and validity period. 

  • Redemption of the Express Colour Analysis can be done by contacting the relevant third-party provider to schedule a session. 

  • NTUC may substitute, modify, suspend or withdraw any Campaign benefit or amend the fulfilment process if required. 

5. Verification

  • NTUC reserves the right to verify the validity of all membership applications, NTUC membership status, qualifying programme attendance, FairPrice Group account-linked transactions and any other information reasonably required to determine eligibility for this Campaign. Participants agree that NTUC may rely on its membership records and relevant records maintained by participating NTUC entities for such verification. 

  • If a Participant does not complete the required qualifying actions or fails NTUC’s verification checks, the Participant will not be entitled to any bundle benefits. 

6. Disqualification

  • If a Participant cancels their NTUC membership within six (6) months from the membership join date, NTUC reserves the right to revoke any unredeemed Express Colour Analysis voucher or require repayment of the voucher value. 

  • Without limiting the generality of the above, NTUC reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who is found or suspected to be creating duplicate accounts, misrepresenting eligibility, manipulating Campaign mechanics, abusing the programme structure, or otherwise acting in bad faith. 

  • If any reward, voucher, pass or benefit has been issued due to inaccurate information, failed verification or misuse, NTUC reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or recover such benefit where permitted. 

7. General Terms

  • NTUC reserves the right to verify the validity of all Campaign sign-ups, qualifying actions, attendance records, membership records, FairPrice Group account-linked transactions and any other information reasonably required before issuing any Campaign benefit. 

  • NTUC may amend, vary, supplement, withdraw or terminate this Campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law. 

  • NTUC reserves the right to reject, suspend or recover any Campaign benefit where it reasonably believes that inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information has been provided, fraudulent activity has occurred, or these Terms and Conditions have been breached. 

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring that the contact details maintained in their NTUC membership records are accurate and up to date. NTUC shall not be responsible for where rewards cannot be delivered due to inaccurate or outdated contact information. 

  • NTUC shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, system issue, technical error, failed transmission, app issue, programme cancellation, mentor unavailability or other circumstance beyond its reasonable control that affects participation, verification or fulfilment.  

  • NTUC is not responsible or liable to any party for the acts, omissions, products or services of any third-party reward provider. Any redemption or use of the voucher shall be subject to the applicable third-party provider's terms and conditions. 

  • NTUC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in the Campaign or the use of any Campaign benefit, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. 

  • In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Campaign, NTUC’s decision shall be final to the extent permitted by applicable law. 

  • NTUC is not responsible for any lost, expired, unused or unredeemed voucher, and no replacement, refund or compensation will be provided unless otherwise determined by NTUC. 

  • NTUC reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time or to suspend or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice of liability to any person.  

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. 

8.Personal Data

By participating in this Campaign, Participants acknowledge and agree that NTUC may collect, use and disclose their personal data for purposes reasonably necessary to administer this Campaign, including but not limited to: 

  • processing and verifying eligibility for the Campaign;  

  • verifying NTUC membership status, membership application records, attendance at qualifying NTUC Youth programmes, and qualifying FairPrice Group account-linked transactions;  

  • determining entitlement to Campaign benefits;  

  • contacting Participants regarding Campaign administration, eligibility verification, reward fulfilment or any matters relating to the Campaign;  

  • issuing and administering Campaign rewards; and  

  • maintaining records for audit, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and compliance purposes.  

Where necessary for the administration of this Campaign, NTUC may disclose relevant personal data to its affiliated entities, appointed service providers, merchants, technology vendors and fulfilment partners strictly for the purposes of eligibility verification, Campaign administration and reward fulfilment.
