What We Do
NTUC Youth is the youth wing of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC). Since our founding in April of 2005, NTUC Youth supports youth throughout their professional and personal journey to achieve their aspirations.
We support youth by helping them become career-ready through mentorship, financial literacy, and mental well-being initiatives. NTUC Youth also focuses on developing next-generation leaders through specialised leadership programmes and offers opportunities to connect, learn, and give back to the community through active volunteering and network building.
By tapping into our extensive network of unions, industry partners like Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), and government agencies, we bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
