NTUC Youth Ready to EXCEL is a modular career development programme that equips youth with clarity, skills, and networks needed to plan their careers and thrive in their first job. Through focused masterclasses and exclusive members-only networking experience, youth gain career insights, strengthen their professional brand, and build meaningful connections with peers and industry professionals.
e2i supports youth at all stages of their career journey through personalised career coaching and the NTUC AI Career Coach. Youth can receive one‑to‑one, solution‑focused guidance from a career coach to clarify career goals, identify employability gaps, and explore job or upskilling options. Complementing this is the NTUC AI Career Coach, an integrated digital platform that brings together career insights, job search tools, and resources in one place to help youth take confident next steps.
NTUC Youth nurtures youths through experiential programmes such as the NTUC Youth Case Challenge 2026, where youth learn entrepreneurship fundamentals, engage with industry mentors, and tackle real-world business challenges in teams. Through the experience, youth members develop problem‑solving, innovation, and pitching skills while gaining exposure to diverse entrepreneurial perspectives across industries.Previous programmeNTUC Youth Innovation Case ChallengeLearn more about entrepreneurship and developing the entrepreneurial mindset across various industries. Hear from a panel offering multiple perspective and experiences regarding the topic on entrepreneurship. Engage in a 4-week case challenge where you will work in teams to tackle an issue relating to entrepreneurship with support from mentors. Pitch your solution to a panel of judges. Winners of the case challenge stand to win up to $1000 in vouchers.

It provides practical strategies for crafting a compelling resume and optimizing a LinkedIn profile to stand out in the job market. This equips working youth a clear roadmap, practical tools, and a professional presence to confidently pursue their career aspirations.LinkedIn masterclass The LinkedIn Masterclass, conducted by professional in-house coaches guides working youth in building a strong and impactful LinkedIn presence and leveraging LinkedIn as a networking platform. This workshop explores the importance of sharing content on LinkedIn and effective ways to communicate and showcase their skills, work experience, and accomplishments so as to build a strong online professional identity.
Successfully navigating the workplaceThis programme is designed to support early-career professionals overcome initial nerves when entering a new role by equipping them with communication, interpersonal, and office etiquette skills to help them transition successfully into the workplace.Talk on employment contractsThis programme addresses the challenges of evaluating job offers and employment contracts.
