NTUC Youth’s flagship signature - LIT DISCOvery, is an aggregated platform to help youths pursue their passions, achieve their aspirations, progress upwards or pivot in an increasingly tech enabled workplace and future proof themselves.

Launched in July 2022, the Youth Taskforce, led by NTUC Youth aims to understand the needs, concerns and work- life aspirations of youths aged 17 to 25 years old as they transition from school to the workplace.
